• Required Documents: Both sides of valid CNIC, Domicile Certificate, MBBS Degree, Detailed Marks Sheets of all Professional certificates (including attempts), House Job Certificates, Valid PM&DC Registration Certification, CPSP/University Part-1 Result Card, and Job Experience Certificate (if applicable). Foreign graduates must also submit a PM&DC equivalence examination result card.
