Skills

• Minimum Master's degree or equivalent from a recognized university with at least a second division
• Twenty years of administrative and teaching experience in BPS-17 and above
• Preferably two years of management or administration experience in BPS-20
• Alternatively, a retired army personnel of the rank of Colonel or equivalent in Pakistan Navy/Air Force with the required educational qualification and experience, especially in education corps
