Skills

• Minimum Master's degree from an HEC recognized institution
• Preferably 5 years' administrative experience in schools, as Principal or senior faculty
• Good knowledge of the educational system in Punjab
• Experience in guidance and training of teachers
• Good acumen in administration, people management, performance evaluation, procurements, health & safety, security & surveillance, public audits, sports, counseling, financial matters and correspondence
• Leadership and command ability
• Excellent English communication and computer skills (mandatory)

• Lead and manage educational institutions
• Ensure effective procedures for student performance
• Provide guidance and training to teachers
• Oversee administrative functions including management, performance evaluation, and financial matters
