Excellent knowledge of relevant rules and legislation of PPRA, international financial institutions and donor agencies
Sound knowledge of ADB/WB Procurement/CMS and STEP activities Guidelines, Policy and Regulations, as well as related instructions, procedures and reporting requirements

Should have excellent command on MS office suite
Familiarity with Government structures, operations, and procedures

Duties and Responsibilities:

Hold a Master degree/Post graduate qualification (having at least 16 years of education) in a major relevant discipline
A diploma/degree in the field of procurement management from reputable local or foreign institution shall be preferred
Having a minimum of total experience of fifteen (15) years post desired qualification and ten (10) years of experience in procurement practices, with background of procurement of consulting services and goods
Having a minimum verifiable experience of three (3) years as a Procurement Specialist/Expert/Manager or equivalent in a government organization/entity or donor agencies/development banks etc
