- Consolidate and review Weekly Field Site Reports every Friday for quantitative tracking
- Act as the primary tracker for the Triplicate Slip System, ensuring digital data accuracy
- Monitor the 'Referral Handshake' to ensure patients reach IHHN PCP facilities
- Support CHWs in solving barriers like transport or supply needs for referral materials
- Ensure zero stock-outs of Referral slips, HH Registers, and IEC materials
- Track variance in weekly targets and prepare reports for Monday Strategic Sync
