- Prepare Cash/ work plan before the start of the financial year
- Update project progress in PMES/iPAS system and prepare/submit regular reports
- Ensure delivery of project results by arranging resources for the project
- Establish and maintain custody of all project documents, project accounts, and assists
- Prepare and submit project status and completion reports
- Accountable for all actions, steps and decisions taken during project execution
- Supervision of project activities including troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day implementation problems
- Establish office as close to the worksite possible, preferably on-site
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial and bank accounts of the project
- Provide recommended actions for decision-making
- Develop performance indicators of project staff and review their performance regularly
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders
- Hire team members
- Accountable for any administrative, functional, and financial lapses
- Ensure appropriate steps are taken during project execution
- Seek assistance from federal ministry or government if required
