• Social Safeguards Specialist: Needs a Master's degree (minimum sixteen years of education) in Sociology, Rural Development, Community Development, Social Sciences, or any other relevant degree, with at least seven years of post-qualification experience.
• Gender Specialist: Requires a Master's or Bachelor's degree (minimum sixteen years of education) in gender studies, sociology, social sciences, public policy studies, or any other relevant discipline, with a minimum of seven years of professional experience.
