  • Step 1: Online Application Generation Applicants are required to generate an online application form through the official UVAS job portal.
  • Step 2: Fee Deposit Generate and deposit the application processing fee using the online generated Bank Challan. This Challan can be submitted at any branch of Bank Alfalah Ltd. in Pakistan. The fee is Rs. Additionally, high salary jobs are available for qualified candidates. 2000/- for Project Coordinator and Assistant Project Manager positions, and Rs. 500/- for Junior Clerk and Naib Qasid positions. Disabled candidates are exempt from the fee but must submit a disability certificate.
  • Step 3: Document Submission Prepare a complete application package including attested copies of testimonials, certificates, and one recent attested passport-size photograph.
  • Step 4: Hardcopy Submission Print the filled online application form and submit it along with all attached documents to the Registrar's Office. This hardcopy submission must reach the office by 29-06-2026 (Monday) within office hours. Applications sent via courier or post are acceptable.
  • Important Notes:
    • No editing will be allowed on the online application form after submission.
    • Applications submitted by hand will not be accepted.
    • Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
    • The last date for online application submission is 25-06-2026 (Thursday).
    • Age limit for Junior Clerk and Naib Qasid posts is between 18 and 30 years, with age relaxation applicable as per the Punjab Government policy.
