- Knowledge of national and international environmental and social regulations
- Experience working in Balochistan or similar regions
- Understanding of unique geographic and socio-economic challenges

- Familiarity with environmental policies in international donor-funded projects
- Knowledge of social safeguard frameworks, including involuntary resettlement, indigenous peoples' rights, and social inclusion
