• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of all project activities at PMU and site areas
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals, donor requirements, and government regulations
• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project success
• Serve as the primary liaison between the organization, government bodies, local communities, and other stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, donors, and community leaders
• Address stakeholder concerns and ensure their active participation in project activities
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient implementation of project activities
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
• Develop and implement systems for tracking project deliverables and reporting progress
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and other regulatory standards
• Oversee the development and management of the project budget
