  • Step 2: Online Application & Fee Deposit After successfully submitting your online application, a unique token number and a prescribed online deposit slip will be generated. This slip includes your project code and personal information.
  • Step 3: Deposit the Test Fee Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and proceed to deposit the non-refundable test fee at any branch of UBL Bank or through the Easypaisa app.
  • Step 4: Keep Your Deposit Slip Safe After completing the fee submission, ensure you keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with the bank's stamp. Do not share this with anyone.
  • Step 5: Submit Supporting Documents After applying online, you are not required to send any hard copies of documents or testimonials to ETEA. However, candidates who qualify for the screening test will need to provide these documents to the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
  • Step 6: Application Submission Deadline The availability of the online application form is from 2nd June, 2026. The final deadline for submitting your online application is 15th June, 2026.
  • Step 7: Communication and Updates Candidates will be informed via SMS by ETEA regarding downloading and printing their Roll No. Slips. Information about the Test Date, Time, and Venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.
  • Step 8: No Separate Call Letter Please note that no separate call letter will be issued to candidates for the screening test; communication will be through postal/courier means.
  • Important Note for Government Employees Candidates currently working in Government or Semi-Government bodies must apply through the proper channel. If applying for more than one post, a separate application must be submitted for each position.
