Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage land acquisition and estate management processes
- Oversee land acquisition activities and ensure compliance
- Conduct surveys and provide expertise in land acquisition matters
- Manage engineering contracts, change control, and related processes
- Oversee site development, including river training and flood protection works
- Manage IT infrastructure, including Oracle database administration and development
- Ensure disaster recovery and cyber security protocols are maintained
- Develop and implement software solutions
- Drive digitalization, automation, and solution development initiatives
- Provide financial analysis and transaction advisory services
- Manage corporate and contracts law, including drafting and vetting agreements
- Handle litigation, regulatory enforcement, and field operations
- Oversee project management and computer science initiatives
- Manage financial and accounting operations
