Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in the Lung Health program within the Community Health Directorate
• Perform spirometry for patients suspected of asthma or COPD
• Conduct symptom and quality-of-life questionnaires with patients
• Provide specialized education to patients, families, and caregivers on asthma and COPD
• Coordinate diagnostic and review appointments for patients
• Actively contribute to weekly and monthly program meetings
• Support program activities, including data collection and input for the Lung Health program
