Key Requirements:

Skills

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
• MBBS degree with four (04) years FCPS Training
• Capability to manage critically ill patients in MICU & MHDU
• Ability to work as a Team Lead
• Proficiency in airway management and ventilatory support
• Experience with sedation, analgesia, and vasopressors/inotropes
• Skills in NIV/airway support/Intubation
• Competence in performing Central lines, DL catheters, Art
• Line, Femoral sheath, LP
• Ability to handle emergencies in Critical Care Medicine
• Experience with Clinical & Point Of Care Ultrasound for fluid balance management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to supervise shifts and ensure effective communication with hospital staff

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide complete management for all MICU and MHDU patients
• Manage airway and ventilatory support, sedation, analgesia, and vasopressors/inotropes in MICU
• Manage NIV/airway support/Intubation in MHDU and MICU
• Perform Central lines, DL catheters, Art
• Line, Femoral sheath, LP, in MICU and MHDU
• Act as Team Lead on duty for the Rapid Response Team during emergencies
• Utilize Clinical & Point Of Care Ultrasound for fluid balance management in MICU
• Perform administrative duties as a shift supervisor in the absence of senior staff
• Ensure regular and effective communication with hospital staff and medical officers
• Maintain patient records and documentation
