Skills

• Expertise in managing critically ill patients in MICU & MHDU
• Proficiency in airway and ventilatory support management
• Skilled in sedation, analgesia, and vasopressor/inotropic therapy
• Competent in NIV/airway support/Intubation procedures
• Experience with central line insertion, DL catheters, Art
• Line, Femoral sheath, LP
• Ability to handle emergencies in Critical Care Medicine
• Skilled in clinical and point-of-care ultrasound for fluid balance management
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
• Effective communication with hospital staff and medical officers
• Capability to counsel patients and their families

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide complete management for all MICU and MHDU patients
• Oversee airway and ventilatory support, sedation, analgesia, and vasopressors/inotropes in MICU
• Manage NIV/airway support/Intubation in both MHDU and MICU
• Perform central line insertions, DL catheters, Art
• Line, Femoral sheath, and LP procedures
• Act as the Team Lead during emergencies in the Critical Care Medicine Department
• Utilize clinical and point-of-care ultrasound for fluid balance management in MICU
• Assume administrative duties as shift supervisor in the absence of senior staff
• Ensure regular and effective communication with hospital staff and medical officers
• Counsel patients and their families regarding their condition and treatment
