• Government Employees: Applicants currently serving in government organizations or PKLI&RC internal employees must attach a fresh NOC issued by their respective departments. Only post-specific NOCs with current dates will be accepted.
• Application Processing Fee: A non-refundable application processing fee is mandatory. For Doctor positions, the fee is Rs. 3,000/-, and for all other positions, it is Rs. 1,000/-.
