• Should be computer literate
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD/CAD Standards, PC Applications/ methods as well as draw sketches/ drawings, layout plans, ensure compliance with engineering concepts
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Email and internet usage
• Typing speed 30-40 words per minute (WPM)
• Trade holding LTV License

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design installation and maintenance of HVAC systems
• Preventive and corrective maintenance
• Job experience in Infrastructure projects will be preferred
• 2-5 years of clerical/ administrative experience (often required in government departments)
• Office record management
• File handling and correspondence
• Noting and drafting
• Lance Naik/Sepoy (DMT by Trade holding LTV License)
