Skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Rector shall be the Chief Academic and Executive Head and shall provide overall academic and administrative leadership
• Implement policies and decisions approved by the Board of Governors
• Exercise supervisory control over the Principal/ Academic heads
• Ensure compliance with national regulatory requirements and international academic standards
• Lead strategic planning, academic expansion, and institutional development initiatives
• Establish and maintain a robust quality assurance and performance monitoring framework
• Represent Premier Campus before regulatory bodies, examination boards, accreditation agencies, and professional forums
• Ensure financial prudence, institutional accountability, and evidence-based decision-making
