• Actively monitor franchisee business performance for assigned products and ensure alignment with company objectives
• Maintain up-to-date records of all franchisees within the designated jurisdiction, including performance metrics and compliance status
• Identify and assess potential areas for business growth and expansion of the franchise network
• Conduct ground verifications of potential franchisees, provide necessary product training, and ensure smooth deployment of new franchisees
• Conduct visits to franchisees to ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and operational standards
• Establish and maintain close liaison with companies, corporate clients, and key stakeholders to foster business development and partnership
• Prepare and present reports on franchisee performance, business growth, and compliance adherence to management
