Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Chief Executive Officer (CEO): Master's degree or higher from a recognized university, with at least 20 years of progressive professional experience, including a minimum of five years in a senior executive or leadership role within academia, public administration, the corporate sector, non-profit domain, or international development.
- Trust Secretary: Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution, or a Law graduate. Membership in a recognized body of professional accountants (ICAP, ACCA, etc.) or corporate/chartered secretaries (ICSP, ICSA) is required. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar trust or registered company, with compliance to trust deed criteria.
General Information:
- Positions are merit-based and open to eligible candidates nationwide.
- Age criteria will be assessed based on the final application submission date.
- Candidates currently employed in Government/Semi-Government organizations must apply through the proper channel.
