Skills

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in Networking and Communications
• Network related certification(s) will be preferred
• Ensure availability, manage, and maintain nationwide WAN connectivity
• Maintain technical documentation including RFQs, RFPs, BOQs, network diagrams, and reports
• Coordinate with ISPs for bandwidth management, link provisioning, and fault resolution
• Plan and manage IP schemes, routing, and network configurations
• Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders for BVPN (OFC, DRS, DSL), transmission issues, relocation of sites, troubleshooting, and bandwidth upgradations
• Preferably 3 years post qualification experience in deployment of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, PKI, MS Exchange Server and open-source platforms
• Certification in MSCE, MCP, Exchange Server will be preferred
• Excellent knowledge of Antivirus and patch management solution
• Hands on experience of backup & application whitelisting tools, domain controllers, group policies, exchange & email routing, and managing on prem Exchange Server
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Networking and Communications
• Network related certification(s) will be preferred
• Operate P2P, DRS, and 3G/4G connectivity links nationwide
• Coordinate with ISPs for troubleshooting and link optimization
• Maintain network inventory, topology diagrams, and documentation
• Ensure testing, acceptance, and handover of network links
• Monitor network performance and availability through NMS
• Minimum 1 year of experience in NOC or Network Operations
• Certification(s) such as SolarWinds or Nagios will be preferred
• Monitor network devices, servers, and links using NOC tools i.e., SolarWinds, Nagios
• Perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate issues as per SOPs
• Maintain incident logs, reports, and shift handover documentation
• Good understanding of networking concept (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
• Hands on experience with NMS (SolarWinds, Nagios)
• Basic knowledge of servers, firewalls, and WAN/LAN technologies
• Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in relevant role(s)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA/CompTIA Network+ /HCIA) will be preferred
• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, escalating where required
• Install, configure, and maintain systems and user environment
• Assist in structured cabling, patch panel management, and rack organization
