Senior Leadership Opportunities in Higher Education
An emerging public sector institution operating under a Trust is seeking dynamic leaders and subject matter experts to support its next phase of development and growth. Key Positions Available:
- Chief Executive Officer (CEO): Minimum age 50, Maximum age 60. Requires a Master's degree or higher from a recognized university, with at least 20 years of progressive professional experience, including at least five years in a senior executive or leadership role within academia, public administration, the corporate sector, or the non-profit domain. Must demonstrate strong institutional leadership capabilities in strategic planning, financial management, organizational development, and stakeholder engagement. Experience in establishing, leading, or transforming large organizations, particularly in education, research, or public service, will be a distinct advantage.
- Trust Secretary: Minimum age 35. Successful candidates will benefit from these private sector careers. Requires a Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution, OR a Law graduate. Additionally, must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants (ICAP, ACCA, etc.), OR a member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries (ICSP, ICSA). Requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in the relevant field, with preferable similar trust/company/registered experience. Compliance to fit and proper criteria as provided in Trust deed is essential.
