• Knowledge of LC, Collection documents and Advance payments documentation

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for opening and retirement of LC/Advance/Collection or other modes of payments
• Manage new or renewal of LC facilities and documentation
• Timely recording of liabilities and payments for local and international suppliers in ERP
• Record all international payments and closure of books for Indus Hospital owned and managed campuses
• Handle internal and external audits
• Perform bank correspondence regarding international payments like Swifts, amendments, endorsements, liens, and reconciliation of bank statements
• Manage cash margins and local payments to suppliers
• Correspond with clearing and forwarding agents regarding payments and reconciliation of payable ledgers
• Coordinate with Takaful agents for insurance cover notes, payments, and reconciliation of payable ledgers
• Maintain knowledge of shipping documents, Commercial Invoices, Packing lists, Airway bills, Bills of Lading, Capex approval, H.S Code, and CESS or other related activities
