  • Executive Director (ED): Requires a Master's degree or higher with at least 15 years of progressive senior leadership experience.
  • Project Director (PD): Needs a Bachelor's degree with a Master's in a related field and a minimum of 20+ years of progressive professional experience.
  • Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO): Demands a Master's degree with at least 15 years of progressive professional experience, preferably in HR or related fields.
  • Analyst: Requires a Bachelor's degree with a Master's or equivalent qualification and a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
