Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administration of immaculate security infrastructure/assets & interests of clients to ensure security across the country
• HR Management of contractual workforce
• Developing new business prospects, funding new opportunities and determining cost effective business avenues
• Research and implement new initiatives to drive revenue and lower operating costs while ensuring customer support
• Create and report on business plans, monitoring its efficacy and progress
• Promote the well being of staff and implement policies in line with Labour Laws and Health & Safety guidelines to maintain a good working environment
• Ensure compliance of regulatory, commercial auditors and other external agencies
