Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide functional reporting to department heads
• Standardize SOPs and manuals
• Offer operational oversight for nursing services
• Evaluate nursing activities and resources
• Coordinate and direct daily activities for optimal patient care
• Ensure compliance with clinical patient care standards
• Recommend fiscal planning and budgetary controls
• Determine fiscal requirements and prepare budgetary recommendations
• Monitor resource utilization in service delivery
• Ensure accurate patient care documentation
• Develop and manage the M&E system
• Cultivate exemplary customer service
• Support nursing units operation for efficient operations
• Plan, schedule, and organize work for efficiency
• Provide functional guidance during budgeting
• Coordinate activities with other departments
• Collaborate in the development of learning opportunities
• Promote education and training for nursing staff
• Lead and manage human resources activities
• Manage personnel actions and provide counseling
• Involved in selection of Departmental Head
• Develop and monitor internal feedback and complaint mechanisms
• Mentor and guide Heads of Department of all campuses
