Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise patients requiring hemodialysis under the guidance of the Head of Nephrology or designated faculty
Manage patients requiring temporary or lifelong hemodialysis
Fulfill all prerequisites for hemodialysis, including consent, welfare, angio-access, counseling, and prescription
Conduct necessary investigations for hemodialysis patients
Perform temporary angio-access on patients in coordination with the Infection Control department
Implement all standard operating procedures within the hemodialysis facility
Initiate cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in cases of sudden cardiovascular collapse
Assess patients across various settings for the need of hemodialysis
