Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor quality assurance for high food quality and adherence to food safety regulations
• Adhere to policies for patient meals, cafeteria, catering, and kitchen operational safety, recommending upgrades
• Enforce strict food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices
• Manage inventory, control food costs, and assist with budget management
• Support menu planning and catering, ensuring dietary requirements and nutritional standards are met
• Resolve complaints from patients, attendants, and staff, and troubleshoot operational issues
• Maintain accurate records of food production, meal services, and administrative data
• Ensure all kitchen equipment and facilities are properly maintained
• Support security protocols, maintain cleanliness, safety, and service excellence standards
• Perform any other assigned tasks commensurate with knowledge and skills
