Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of various body fluids, including blood, urine, and cerebrospinal fluid
• Interpret laboratory results accurately and correlate findings with clinical context
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all released results before dissemination
• Promptly communicate critical or abnormal findings to the relevant medical professionals
• Execute daily quality control procedures and meticulously review Levey-Jennings plots
• Identify and troubleshoot any errors or deviations encountered during laboratory operations
• Participate actively in proficiency testing programs, adhering to CAP and SOP guidelines
• Maintain strict compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality benchmarks
• Operate and calibrate a range of analytical instruments and laboratory analyzers
• Perform scheduled routine and periodic maintenance on laboratory equipment
• Collaborate effectively with supervisors and biomedical engineering teams to resolve technical issues
• Manage the lifecycle of samples, including receipt, storage, retrieval, repetition, and rejection
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation for all laboratory activities
• Contribute to data entry and interpretation, including the use of EP evaluator tools
• Provide training and guidance to junior technologists and trainees
• Oversee and manage laboratory stock levels and consumable supplies
• Maintain comprehensive records and logs of all laboratory procedures and results
• Assist with CAP-related studies and method verification processes
