Duties and Responsibilities:

• Stay current on changing employment laws, labor regulations, and health/safety standards
• Conduct regular audits of HR policies, procedures, and employee data to identify risks
• Update and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, and procedures
• Lead investigations into employee grievances, harassment, or compliance violations
• Implement eco-friendly workplace practices to lower the carbon footprint
• Develop and promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives
• Work with procurement to ensure suppliers adhere to ethical labor standards
• Collect and report on sustainability metrics for internal and external ESG reporting
• Deliver training on topics such as anti-harassment, data privacy, and ethical conduct
• Educate employees on sustainability goals and foster a culture of "green" consciousness
• Drive employee involvement in sustainability initiatives
