• Maintain a safe and hygienic patient environment
• Uphold infection control and medication safety protocols
• Support physicians during patient rounds and procedures
• Ensure adequate stock of medical supplies
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and blood sugar
• Perform diagnostic procedures such as blood draws and IV insertions
• Report any untoward incidents promptly
• Oversee and guide junior nursing staff and students
