Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure continuous availability of stocks from the general store and supply chain
• Manage requisition, authorization, and consumption approval processes through HMIS
• Maintain up-to-date consumption records of all items
• Notify management of any anomalies found in consumption patterns
• Follow stock alert level limits, including stock-out, expiry, and overstock
• Ensure good storage conditions for stock, considering temperature, light, air, and humidity
