Key Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma
• Experience: 60 months minimum

Skills

• Should be computer literate
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD/CAD Standards
• Applications/methods as well as draw sketches/drawings, layout plans, ensure compliance with engineering concepts
• Office record management

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Email and internet usage
• Typing speed 30-40 words per minute (WPM)
• Lance Naik/Sepoy (DMT by Trade holding LTV License)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design installation and maintenance of HVAC systems
• Chillers, boilers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems
• HVAC load calculations and duct design
• Preventive and corrective maintenance
• Job experience in Infrastructure projects will be preferred
• 2-5 years of clerical/ administrative experience (often required in government departments)
