Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls)
Manage and enforce SD-WAN policies including application-aware routing and secure overlay networks
Lead network segmentation strategies using VLANs, VRFs, and micro-segmentation techniques
Collaborate with ISPs and vendors for WAN circuit provisioning, troubleshooting, and SLA compliance
Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems, scheduling upgrades, and collaborating with network architects on network optimization
Report network operational status by gathering, prioritizing information, and managing projects
Lead incident response for WAN outages and security incidents
Troubleshoot routing and switching problems
Implement and operate Layer 2 and Layer 3 metro networks, ensuring reliable connectivity
Provide technical leadership and guidance to network engineers and support teams
Coordinate with vendors for opening of service requests or typical issues requiring vendor support
Perform and maintain regular backups of network devices to ensure configuration integrity, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity
