  • Application Processing Fee: A non-refundable application processing fee is mandatory. For BS-21 positions, the fee is Rs. 4,000/-. For BS-17 positions, the fee is Rs. Additionally, job openings are available for qualified candidates. 1,000/-. This fee should be paid separately for each application.
  • Payment Method: The prescribed fee shall be remitted either through a bank draft in favor of "Treasurer Payment Account No. This position represents excellent University of Okara jobs in Okara in the region. 01527913908901" of the University of Okara, HBL, or deposited in NTN No. 9021534-6. The original bank draft or deposit slip must be attached with the application form.
  • Professor of Education Applications: Candidates applying for the position of Professor of Education are required to submit four (04) complete sets of their applications/dossiers, prepared in the prescribed format.
  • Submission Deadline: All submissions must be received in the Office of the Registrar, University of Okara, on or before the closing date, i.e., June 10, 2026, within official working hours. Applications received after the deadline or found non-compliant will not be considered.
  • Screening Test/Interview: If a screening test is held for a post, it will be mandatory for all eligible candidates to appear. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in any test or interview.
  • Age Relaxation: Age relaxation will be admissible as per policy of the Government.
  • Quotas: All applicable quotas will be observed as per the Government rules.
  • University Rights: The University reserves the right to withdraw any post or its advertisement, reject any application without assigning any reason, or increase or decrease the number of positions as per its requirement and availability of budget.
  • Interview & Call-Up Letter: Candidates' call-up letters and information about the date, time, and venue of the test/interview will be conveyed only through registered post/email to the shortlisted candidates. The University is not responsible if call letters/emails are delayed or not received due to any lapse of postal services.
