• Adopt a professional approach with all patients, staff, and visitors
• Perform patient assessments and complete necessary paperwork accurately
• Record patient progress and events in the HMIS system
• Participate in patient management under supervision
• Ensure correct medication and instructions are provided to patients
• Explain healthcare needs to patients and their families
• Continuously enhance clinical competencies under supervision
• Comply with all hospital policies and procedures, especially Health and Safety
• Maintain continuous and consistent communication with faculty, staff, patients, and families

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assess patients and perform complete paperwork by filling out relevant forms as per hospital protocols
• Record the progress and any event of the patient in the HMIS system following ward rounds or examinations
• Participate in the management of patients under the supervision of Senior Residents, Senior Medical Officer, Staff Medical Officer, and Consultants
• Ensure patients are given correct medication/instructions as advised by the consultant
• Explain patients' healthcare needs
• Continually work towards enhancing competencies in a clinical setting under supervision
• Comply with all hospital policies and procedures, particularly those relating to Health and Safety at Work
