• Allied Health Sciences: Microbiology, Pathology, Mathematics, Computer Science. Eligibility includes Bachelor's degree in relevant subjects, with preference for candidates with research publications and teaching experience.
• Staff Collage General Criteria: Expertise in health administration, health systems, policy, governance, or management; training experience; strong communication skills; experience with national/international organizations.
• Visiting Faculty Eligibility: Graduates from HEC-recognized institutions in relevant subjects, MBBS with PMDC registration, or postgraduate qualifications (PhD, FCPS, MRCP, FRCP, FFPH, American Board, MPH) are preferred. PhD requirement may be waived for clinicians with terminal qualifications.
• Experience: Minimum 02 years post-qualification experience, with at least 02 years in Health Administration, Hospital Management, or Public Health programs.
• Preference: Retired or serving Professors, Medical Superintendents, Program Directors, senior health administrators, experienced individuals in the Punjab health system, eminent scholars, retired senior bureaucrats (BPS-20 to BPS-22) with health-sector experience, subject-matter experts, and eminent persons associated with national and international organizations.
• Priority Teaching Areas: Health systems & governance, Hospital administration & leadership, Health planning, budgeting & HR management, Monitoring & evaluation, Quality improvement & ethics, Digital health & HMIS.
