Duties and Responsibilities:

• • Review periodic progress updates and schedule reports
• • Identify deviations from approved schedules
• • Highlight potential delays and critical activities
• • Advise the Authority on corrective and recovery measures
• • Advise on Contractor's submissions of Extensions of Time (EOT) in accordance with FIDIC (Conditions of Contract) / ENAA provisions
• • Assist in identifying causes of delays and apportionment responsibility where required
• • Provide expert opinions on time-related disputes, including support during negotiations or dispute resolution processes
• • Assist in establishing or improving planning and scheduling procedures, standards, and templates
• • Provide on-the-job guidance, capacity building and mentoring to Client Staff
