Duties and Responsibilities:
- • Review periodic progress updates and schedule reports
- • Identify deviations from approved schedules
- • Highlight potential delays and critical activities
- • Advise the Authority on corrective and recovery measures
- • Advise on Contractor's submissions of Extensions of Time (EOT) in accordance with FIDIC (Conditions of Contract) / ENAA provisions
- • Assist in identifying causes of delays and apportionment responsibility where required
- • Provide expert opinions on time-related disputes, including support during negotiations or dispute resolution processes
- • Assist in establishing or improving planning and scheduling procedures, standards, and templates
- • Provide on-the-job guidance, capacity building and mentoring to Client Staff
