  • Assist the Unit Head in developing efficient human resource supply through external talent mapping
  • Assist and coordinate recruitment activities, such as job fairs and open houses
  • Work according to recruitment SOPs, monitoring and recommending improvement areas
  • Assist in advertising vacant positions both internally and externally
  • Assist in screening profiles against the advertisement criteria
  • Maintain MIS of profiles received and provide it to stakeholders
  • Facilitate stakeholders regarding internal transfers and postings
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant teams
  • Perform pre-hiring checks and analyze applicant suitability
  • Ensure all hiring checks and approvals are in place before extending offers
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Liaise with top universities for sourcing candidates under various programs
  • Maintain strong relationships with placement offices and participate in career fairs to promote NBP
  • Perform any other assigned tasks
