Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Unit Head in developing efficient human resource supply through external talent mapping
- Assist and coordinate recruitment activities, such as job fairs and open houses
- Work according to recruitment SOPs, monitoring and recommending improvement areas
- Assist in advertising vacant positions both internally and externally
- Assist in screening profiles against the advertisement criteria
- Maintain MIS of profiles received and provide it to stakeholders
- Facilitate stakeholders regarding internal transfers and postings
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant teams
- Perform pre-hiring checks and analyze applicant suitability
- Ensure all hiring checks and approvals are in place before extending offers
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Liaise with top universities for sourcing candidates under various programs
- Maintain strong relationships with placement offices and participate in career fairs to promote NBP
- Perform any other assigned tasks
