• Key Responsibilities: Overseeing operational support, system enhancements, digital banking initiatives, and financial settlements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish infrastructure for operational support to Cards (Issuing & Acquiring), branchless banking and digital segments/fin-techs for existing and new business initiatives
• Ensure provision of Operational support for system enhancements, migrations and technology upgrade
• Manage preparation and updating of operational manuals/SOPs for relevant products & portfolios
• Team building, employee engagement and contribution to create congenial environment at work place
• Conflict management, grievance handling and resolution at work place
• Overall operational support and management of key deliverables including:
• Financial settlements and reconciliations with Payment Schemes for Credit Card – Issuing & Merchant Acquiring
• Cards – Mail Management Unit
• Dispute Resolution & Chargeback – Domestic Switch & Payment Schemes
• Domestic Switch Reconciliation & Settlements – ATM, UBPS & Fin-techs
• Branchless Banking Operations Management – Financial, Non-Financial services for the beneficiaries, Agent On-boarding and Reconciliations
• Periodic reporting to SBP, Payment Schemes, Internal & External stakeholders
