General Requirements:
  • LL.B or LL.M from an HEC-recognized university
  • Advocate of the High Court
  • Preference for candidates with Bar-at-Law qualification or an LL.M degree
Experience Requirements:
  • Additional Director: 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience in corporate law, financial sector, or as an adjudicating officer.
  • Deputy Director: 06 years of relevant post-qualification experience in corporate law, financial sector, or as an adjudicating officer.
Age Limit:
  • Additional Director: Maximum 45 years on the closing date.
  • Deputy Director: Maximum 40 years on the closing date, with relaxation of 5 years for candidates with at least 3 years of work experience with a regulator.
Important Notes:
  • Appointments are on a contractual basis for three (3) years, extendable based on performance.
  • Applications are encouraged from female candidates, minorities, persons with different abilities, and candidates from Balochistan, Ex-FATA districts, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK).
