Specific Job Requirements:
- Deputy General Manager: Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering with a minimum of 12 years of experience in delivering large-scale water, sewerage, drainage, and treatment infrastructure projects, including 5 years in project management/contract administration.
- Manager Finance: ACCA/BBA/MBA (Finance) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction/project finance, covering budgeting, cashflow management, cost control, and financial reporting for multi-project portfolios.
- Manager Admin & HR: Bachelor's degree in HR/Management or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing administration and HR in multi-site construction/project environments. Retired Army officers with 2-3 years in a managerial role are preferred.
- Project Coordinator: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years of experience coordinating water, sewerage, drainage, or pipeline construction projects.
- Planning Engineer: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Specialization in Project/Construction Management) with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Planning/Project Controls Engineer on water, sewerage, drainage, or treatment works, including multi-discipline scheduling.
- Assistant Manager Procurement: Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental/Procurement and Contracts or LLM/LLB with construction contract exposure, and a minimum of 3 years of procurement experience in construction/infrastructure projects, with knowledge of FIDIC.
- Assistant Manager Contracts: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or LLB/LLM with construction contract exposure, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration for construction/infrastructure projects, with knowledge of FIDIC.
- Assistant Manager Finance: ACCA/BBA/MBA (Finance) with strong financial fundamentals and a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction/project finance covering budgeting, cashflow forecasting, cost control, and monthly reporting.
- Assistant Manager Accounts: ACCA/BBA/MBA (Finance) with strong accounting fundamentals and a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing payables, receivables, payroll, and general ledgers in construction/project environments.
- Quality Surveyor: Diploma in Associate Engineering (Civil) with a minimum of 8 years of cost estimation or BOQ, tendering, quantity surveying, water supply, sewerage, drainage, and pipeline works experience.
- Draftsman: Bachelor's degree/DAE in Civil/Architecture (or equivalent), with AutoCAD certification preferred, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or project office support, ideally working with consultants/contractors on multi-disciplinary projects.
- Admin Officer: Bachelor's degree in Management/Administration or equivalent preferred, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in administration for construction/project offices or multi-site operations.
- Civil/Environmental Engineers (Interns): Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering. Fresh graduates from reputed universities are encouraged to apply.
- IT Officer: Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience providing IT support in multi-site organizations, preferably construction/project environments.
- Support Staff: Receptionist - Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with good communication skills and basic computer knowledge. Office boy, driver, guard, and janitor (sweeper) with a minimum of 1 year of office support experience.
