• Age Limit: Maximum 40 Years
• Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in ICT / Business Administration / Marketing / Mass Communication / International Relations / Project Management / Social Sciences / Humanities / Public Policy / Management Sciences, equivalent disciplines or relevant experience from an HEC-recognized national or international institution. Candidate holding Master's degree in Project Management or equivalent qualification shall be preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 08 years of professional experience in managing national or international programs, skills development initiatives, or digital transformation projects, with demonstrated expertise.
• Preference: Public sector or semi-government organization experience; Exposure to international workforce mobility, partnerships, or placement programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engage with federal/provincial governments, academia, industry, and international partners
