- Conduct Third Party Validation (TPV) of ongoing and completed PSDP projects
- Evaluate PC-1 documents, BOQ, specifications, and contract documents for soundness and regulatory compliance
- Chalk out and implement field methodology and workplan for data collection and reporting
- Identify discrepancies, cost overruns, delays, and technical deviations
- Recommend corrective actions with sound technical justifications
- Strengthen CMIT technical oversight for TPV
- Perform sectoral scrutiny of selected PSDP schemes
- Furnish comprehensive methodology and workplan incorporating relevant details
- Validate quality, quantity, compliance & structural integrity
- Assist in desk reviews, site inspections & technical reporting
