CMIT is seeking highly skilled engineers for a contractual engagement of 3-6 months, extendable based on performance, to conduct Third Party Validation (TPV) for crucial PSDP projects. • Salary: Rs. 700,000 (Pay) + Rs. 200,000 (Logistics) for Team Lead; Rs. 500,000 (Pay) + Rs. 200,000 (Logistics) for Support Engineers.

Skills

• Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in infrastructure planning & construction management (for Team Lead)
• Minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience in relevant engineering discipline (for Engineers)
• Experience in monitoring & implementation oversight of TPV or public sector projects
• Ability to evaluate PC-1 documents, BOQ, specifications, and contract docs
• Proficiency in field methodology and workplan for data collection and reporting
• Ability to identify discrepancies, cost overruns, delays, and technical deviations

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct Third Party Validation (TPV) of ongoing and completed PSDP projects
• Evaluate PC-1 documents, BOQ, specifications, and contract documents for soundness and regulatory compliance
• Chalk out and implement field methodology and workplan for data collection and reporting
• Identify discrepancies, cost overruns, delays, and technical deviations
• Recommend corrective actions with sound technical justifications
• Strengthen CMIT technical oversight for TPV
• Perform sectoral scrutiny of selected PSDP schemes
• Furnish comprehensive methodology and workplan incorporating relevant details
• Validate quality, quantity, compliance & structural integrity
• Assist in desk reviews, site inspections & technical reporting
