Pay Scale: BPS-20 (Regular)
Place of Posting: Anywhere at HEC, including Regional Centres located in Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar and Quetta.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

PhD degree with 13 years of relevant experience in the relevant field in BPS-17 and above or equivalent in a Government / Semi-Government / Public Sector Organization / Autonomous body/Corporation.
OR MPhil with 15 years experience in the relevant field in BPS-17 and above or equivalent in a Government / Semi-Government / Public Sector Organization / Autonomous body / Corporation.
OR Master's degree with 17 years experience in the relevant field in BPS-17 and above or equivalent in a Government / Semi-Government / Public Sector Organization / Autonomous body / Corporation.
10 years' experience in General / University Administration is mandatory.

"Experience" means experience gained after obtaining the required qualification.
"Master's Degree" means 16 years education.
"Mphil Degree" means 18 years education.
Those already in Government Service should apply through proper channel.
