Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the planning, design, and execution of all engineering and infrastructure development works within the jurisdiction of Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA)
• Stay abreast with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge
• Should have managed and supervised national and international engineering projects, including project planning, resource allocation, stakeholder coordination, and timely execution in line with industry best practices
• Demonstrated experience in planning, execution, and successful completion of large-scale engineering projects, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and regulatory standards
• Ensure implementation of approved master plans, engineering standards, and development guidelines in line with Government policies
• Supervise construction of major infrastructure including road networks, River Training Works, bridges, embankments, water supply systems, sewerage, drainage, and allied utilities etc
• Ensure effective project management by monitoring timelines, quality standards, and cost controls for all ongoing and upcoming projects
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, procurement rules, and transparent tendering processes
• Oversee contract administration including evaluation, variations, claims, and dispute resolution
• Implement strict quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) mechanisms across all engineering projects
• Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards at all project sites
