Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement educational/promotional campaign strategies for Haleon brands (Oral Care, Gynecology) towards selected customers (Dentists & Dental hygienists, Gynecologists)
• Translate strategies into actions using defined guidance and monitoring tools to achieve company objectives
• Act as a brand champion, executing brand and category strategies through the Haleon framework, training, and tools
• Execute the territory plan using segmentation and targeting principles, reporting daily into the CRM system and monitoring results
• Deliver persuasive science-based selling stories to achieve or change brand recommendations through face-to-face calls, workshops, and local events
• Implement new product development launch campaigns via face-to-face interactions, workshops, and events
• Engage and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professional associations/scientific societies
• Support and attend local and national conferences, delivering educational/training interventions
• Organize and manage Dental Schools to train and engage future Dental HCPs
• Ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures for customer-facing roles (adverse events, write right, EFPIA rules, scientific engagement, sample management)
• Share best practices and knowledge with peers
