• Implement educational/promotional campaign for Haleon brands (Oral Care, Gynecology)
• Translate strategies towards selected customers (Dentists & Dental hygienists, Gynecologists)
• Execute brand & category strategy towards the HCP’s
• Understand and work to the way Haleon delivers to the HCP’s and KEE’s
• Execute territory plan using segmentation and targeting principles
• Report daily into the CRM system and monitor results in terms of sell out
• Deliver persuasive science-based selling stories to achieve or change recommendation of Haleon-brands
• Deliver new product development launch campaigns
• Engage and manage KEEs and HCP associations / scientific societies
• Support and attend local, national conferences
• Organize and manage Dental School to train and engage future Dental HCPs
• Guarantee compliance with all standard operating procedures for customer facing roles
• Share best practice and facilitation of knowledge and experience to peers
