• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Facilities Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facility operations & maintenance
• Strong skills in Budgeting
• Vendor management expertise
• HSE compliance knowledge
• Team leadership capabilities
• Ability to manage HVAC, generators, electrical, water & fire protection systems
• Proficiency in planning & implementing preventive maintenance programs
• Capability to ensure compliance with safety, security & environmental regulations
• Experience in supervising administrative, housekeeping, security & other teams
• Skills in space planning, asset management & minor civil works
• Ability to prepare & submit monthly facility reports to management

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee building operations including HVAC, generators, electrical, water & fire protection systems
• Plan & implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize down time
• Manage facility budgets, procurement activities & vendor contracts
• Ensure compliance with safety, security & environmental regulations
• Supervise administrative, housekeeping, security & other teams
• Manage space planning, asset management & minor civil works
• Prepare & submit monthly facility reports to management
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management
