- Eligibility Certificate: Applications for positions Sr. #1 to Sr. #5 must be submitted along with an Eligibility Certificate.
- Department of Health Employees: Applicants currently serving in the Department of Health and working in teaching hospitals affiliated with the medical college should submit their applications through the proper channel, along with the mentioned documents. Their applications will be processed accordingly.
- Salary and Terms: Selected employees from the Department of Health will draw their salary against their respective substantive posts. Teaching allowances will be paid as per the Government of AJ&K policy, subject to budget availability. All appointments are purely on a contract basis as per the contract policy 2006 of GOAJ&K for an initial period of 03 years (extendable or as specified by the Government subsequently).
- Merit and Preference: All vacancies will be filled purely on a merit basis, with preference given to AJ&K nationals.
- Abiding by Rules: Selected candidates must adhere to the rules and regulations of PM&DC and the institute.
- Termination Clause: The appointment during the period of contract shall be liable to termination on 30 days' prior notice on either side or on payment of one month's pay in lieu thereof without assigning any reason.
- Monthly Salary: Monthly salary shall be liable to tax deduction at source as per law.
- Age Limit: Age should not be more than 67 years.
- Incomplete Applications: Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
- Interview Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview; no TA/DA will be admissible. The recruitment process for the post of Demonstrator will include a written test, followed by an interview for shortlisted candidates. Candidates applying for the post of Demonstrator will be required to appear in a written test before the interview.
- Accommodation: Accommodation will not be provided.
- Duty Hours: The selected faculty must be physically present in the College/Hospital on duty for a minimum of six hours on every working day. This position represents excellent Latest Education careers in the region. Any duration less than six hours per day will be considered as part-time faculty as per PM&DC rules, which is not permissible under prevailing rules; therefore, such faculty members will be marked absent from duty for the day.
